Captain/Secretary:  Tina Donald
Tina Donald Tina started riding drill at the age of 12 as a fill in rider on her mother’s team: The Rangerettes in Washington. The following year she was voted on as a member and rode with her mom for several years. She was a member of several different teams until she joined the Ridge riders Drill team in 1986 until 2001. Their accomplishments are as follows: WLRCA High point Champs in 1997, 1998, 2000 and 2001. WLRCA Series high point champs in 1997; OWDTA Champions 1997, 1998 and 2001, Western States Freestyle & High point Champions Reno, NV in 1998 and 1999 and the 2000 Calgary Stampede "EQUIDANCE 2000" Open Champions.

Tina then joined the Quick Silver Drill Team from 2001 to 2004. In 2004 Tina and her husband Wayne, moved to Central Oregon. In 2008 she took over the coaching duties for the newly formed RRR drill team to get them going then moved on to start and coach Cowgirl Way Drill Team.

Tina is an inspiration to the ladies, which she started out coaching and has now decided to be a riding member again, And we all love it. Thank you Tina for all of your hard work and dedication!

Co-Captain/Treasurer: Teddy Holman

Teddy is our senior rider at age 64, but she has found during her drill experience she still has lots to learn.  Her younger counterparts are so fantastically patient and encouraging to her, she is brought "up to date" regularly. Teddy rode as a girl and then took up riding again after meeting her husband, Berkeley, who purchased Maggie for her:  A dream come true.

Drill is a dream come true, with Tina Donald leading us and all of us caring for and supporting one another.  There's nothing like it!

Teddy rides Jessie's All Dun (Maggie) a bay AQHA mare her husband Berkley purchased for her. In Teddy’s own words: "Maggie is a senior rider's dream horse, at 14.2 or whatever.  She is really easy to mount and dismount from".

Teddy enjoys the support of her husband Berkley
